GENERAL INFORMATION

On Wednesdays:

  • Movie at 6:30pm (cinema gate opens at 5:30pm)

On Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays:

2 sessions per night:

  • Movie at 5:30pm (cinema gate opens at 4:45pm)
  • Movie at 8:30pm (cinema gate opens at 7:40pm)

We place cars according to size in order to offer the same great cinema experience to everyone.

There is a licensed bar and catering at the venue providing a delicious range of pizzas, snacks, wine, beers and soft drinks. Alcohol and Food bought outside of the premises won’t be allowed inside.

Dogs are allowed in the premises but please make sure they stay in your car to avoid causing any inconvenience for our other guests.

You won’t be allowed to smoke inside the licensed area. However, the venue will have a designated smoking area. Any person wishing to smoke is required to enter the designated smoking area.

Please be aware that door will close 15 minutes after the beginning of the movie.

You can tune through your car radio or use a digitally tuned radio to listen to the movie sound. Please be advised that the FM sound transmission will not work on any phone App.

We ask that you keep your stereo level to a reasonable level for your family, as not to interrupt anyone around you.

WEATHER

As an outdoor event Mov’in Car is subject to weather. We try to go ahead with screenings wherever possible and do not cancel for light/intermittent/potential rain. We strongly recommend you to check your wipers before coming.

Screening will be cancelled only if the weather poses a safety threats to patrons and staff. Screenings are cancelled based on the conditions on site. If the event is cancelled, we will send an email/SMS by 4.00 PM latest on the day of the screening and we will post a notification on FACEBOOK.

Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a screening night and acknowledge that tickets will not be re-validated unless a screening is cancelled by Mov’in Car.

COVID-19 MAMAGEMENT PLAN

Mov’in Car will check every day for updates or new safety measures required by the Australian Government, Australian Health Department, NSW State, Venue Owner (the Entertainment Quarter) or any other certified institutions competent to comply with COVID-19 safety measures. 

In a case of new safety measures, Mov’In Car staff members will update their COVID-19 special measures in order follow the guidance from the certified institutions.  

Attendees not complying with safety rules will be asked to leave the premises by Mov’InCar Staff members. No refund will be provided on the ticket. 

Mov’in Car will use a radio transmitter to broadcast the movie audio and we will also use radio transmission to broadcast any important information to our customers. 

The holding screen will feature all the key information that our customers might need as well as reminders of all the safety rules. This will limit breathing sprays between customers and staff. 

Mov’in Car staff members will be equiped with safety equipment (gloves and mask) in order to respect the COVID-19 Safety measures. Hand sanitizer will be available to customers at all time in the following locations (Check-in booth, bar, lifts, toilets). 

Staff members and customers will be asked to respect a 1.5m distance between each other. 

Customers will need to respect 2m distance when queueing and floor signs will be positioned on the floor to make sure it is easy for people to do the right thing. All queueing point will have a Mov’In Car staff member nearby. 

To ensure social distancing, we ask our patrons to stay in their cars as much as possible except for going to the toilets or to the bar.

TICKETS

General Single and Couple admission : $49.90

General Family admission (up to 5 people) : $59.90

You don’t need to print off your tickets for the event. You can simply display your tickets on your smartphone for check-in.

All bookings are final and we do not refund or exchange tickets for a mistaken booking or change of mind. Refunds and exchanges will not be made for inadvertently booking the wrong session. Please check the session details carefully on each page of the booking process.

Refunds will not be given for a cancellation or termination due to adverse weather conditions, but replacement tickets are offered.

All bookings are final and we do not refund or exchange tickets. Refunds and exchanges will not be made for change of mind or inability to attend. If you are unable to use your tickets, you are welcome to have a friend or family member use them in your place.

After making a booking, you will automatically receive  tickets by email. This email will usually come through within a few minutes but please allow up to 24hrs. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail folder.

If you are certain you have not received the confirmation email – the next step is to check your bank or Paypal account for signs of a successful transaction. If the transaction has been confirmed and money debited – this means that the booking has gone through but there was a problem with the email address you entered when you made the booking. Typographical errors are common, especially when booking on a mobile device, and this is the most likely reason for your ticket email not arriving.
